3. “My Eligibility ” tab
4. “Student Requirements” tab
5. Select Aid Year
   1. 2021-2022 is for Fall 21, Spring 22, or Summer 22
   2. 2022-2023 is for Fall 22, Spring 23, or Summer 23

Note: For Federal Pell Grants only, Summer is a crossover semester and could show up in either the current year or the next year.  Please check both years.

5. Any messages will be linked at the bottom. Make sure to check the current year as well as  next year. (Select another year)

5. Select Aid Year
6. “Accept Award Offer” tab
7. Scroll to bottom of page to view tuition award.
   • click on “Select Decision” box-Accept or Decline
8. If you have not submitted a copy of your State ID for your tuition award, please stop by the office or email a copy of your ID to FADocuments@wnmu.edu or fax to 575-538-6189.
9. If you accepted loans or a TEACH grant, please complete required documentation at studentaid.gov.

Login to Mustang Express

1. Student Tab
2. Pay Now (You do not have to Pay Now!)
3. Online Payments
4. Go to Bill Payment Site

This will take you to your Student Account where you can view your balance, activity, and/or statements.

• If Balance Due is a negative number, you have enough financial aid/payments to be finalized and the amount listed is your estimated refund.
• If Balance Due is a positive number, this is the estimated amount you owe.
• If the Balance Due is zero, you can view the detail of all charges and payments, including financial aid, applied to your account.

At the top of the page there is an option for setting up direct deposit for refunds labeled as refund account setup.

If you have a balance owed, you can make a full payment by clicking the Make Payment button or sign up for a payment plan by clicking on Enroll in Payment Plan.
