Please do not turn in any forms unless requested to do so. Requests are sent by email to your wnmu.edu email account and are listed on Mustang Express, under the student tab, then Student Financial Aid, then overall status of Financial Aid.  To confirm that we have received your form review your Mustang Express requirements list and it will tell you!

WNMU Consortium Agreement

Please complete with your WNMU advisor and a Financial Aid advisor of the other school you are attending.
New Mexico Scholarship Transfer Transcript

Please complete if you are leaving WNMU and currently have the New Mexico Lottery Scholarship and/or Opportunity Scholarship. Email form to FADocuments@wnmu.edu or fax to 575-538-6189. Include your W# on all forms.
Graduate Student Loan Reallocation Request

If you would like to decline your summer loan and increase your fall or spring loan, please complete this form. Email form to staffordloans@wnmu.edu. Include your W# on all forms. Please be aware loan amounts may vary depending on your budget.
Loan Discharge Form

Please complete this form if you are being asked to turn in documentation regarding your Loan Discharge with Social Security Administration. Email form to FADocuments@wnmu.edu of fax to 575-538-6189. Include your W# on all forms.
